Impact areas
Peace building & reintegration
We support the Borno Model of Reintegration through orientation, counselling and skills training for repentant insurgents, and we strengthen youth-led peace-building platforms and community reconciliation.
Youth empowerment & capacity building
We deliver capacity-building trainings for youth groups and activists on reintegration, active citizenship, gender equality and social inclusion (GESI), strategic communications, and conflict prevention.
Community Innovation Hub
Our Hub in Maiduguri provides safe space, co-working, training rooms, incubation and mentoring for young people, and serves as a bridge between communities and security agencies for early warning and response.
Advocacy & policy influence
We advocate for the adoption and domestication of key policies—including the National Action Plan on UNSCR 1325, child protection and disability acts—and we convene town halls and stakeholder dialogues on peace and security.
